Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made unless they fulfill the returns and refunds criteria listed above. All sales are final.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The item is out of stock after payment was made

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to sunlizfarm@gmail.com.

  • Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable products once delivered and accepted

  • Customized or bulk orders unless they are damaged or incorrect.
